Contract No. (03) for Demolition, Cleaning, and Excavation of Foundations Works for the Candle Residential Project in Erbil.

Scope of work: -

AL KHATAB AL MUTAHIDA Co. has been contracted for Demolition, Cleaning, and Excavation of Foundations Works for the Candle Residential Project in Erbil., in accordance with the contract requirements and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

The contract includes the following activities:

1. Execution of complete demolition works of the existing hotel, including site clearance,      debris removal, and transportation of all demolition waste outside municipal boundaries.    This item is executed on a lump-sum basis.

2.Execution of demolition and cleaning works for the residential building structure,         including removal and disposal of debris outside municipal limits, on a lump-sum basis.

3.Execution of excavation works after demolition and site clearance to a depth of 25     meters, with an estimated quantity of 200,000 cubic meters, using hydraulic excavators and hydraulic breakers (rock breakers) when required.

4.Execution of full site compaction works after completion of excavation, achieving a     minimum compaction rate of 95%, in accordance with approved technical specifications.
