BUILDING SCHOOL 12 CLASSROOM

Scope of work:

The contract contains the following activities:

1. Site Works, demolish and remove all the Schools facilities, all remaining buildings of the school.
2. Excavation Works, Excavation in all types of soil (even rock layers, existing asphalt, concretes foundation ... etc.).
3. Backfilling works, filling with approved sub base (type C) up to DPC level inside the building.
4. Concrete Works, Blinding Concrete, Foundation Concrete, Under DPC Wall, Solid concrete block walls Reinforced Concrete for Slabs and Beams.
5. Reinforced Concrete for Slabs and Beams.
6. Windows, Doors and Steel Works.
7. Plastering and painting works: including all materials, scaffolds, workmanship, etc...
8. Sanitary Works. Mechanical Works. Electrical Works.
