- Concrete Works, Blinding Concrete. Foundation Concrete, Under DPC Wall, Solid concrete block walls Reinforced Concrete for Slabs and Beams, Reinforced Concrete for Slabs and Beams.
- Windows, Doors and Steel Works, Plastering and painting works.
- Sanitary Works, Water tank, PPR water pipes, Galvanized iron water pipes,
- Mechanical Works, VRF air conditioning system, Centrifugal exhaust fan.
Electrical Works, Work includes replacing damaged wires with new suitable size and some electrical fittings, testing and commissioning.
